I got the Deyeek Tear Away Pants after my knee surgery, and they were perfect for physical therapy. The Velcro design made them easy to take on and off, and they provided full coverage over my knee brace, which was exactly what I needed. However, I did notice that the Velcro sticks to everything and tends to hold onto lint, which can be a bit annoying. Additionally, the color started fading after the third wash, which was disappointing.Overall, these pants are super convenient and comfortable, especially for post-surgery recovery, but be mindful of the Velcro and fading issue.

I just recently had knee replacement surgery. Both the doctor and PT commented on the ease of use of these pants. They break away easily to give you access to ice or for the PT to work on your knee while still keeping you covered. The Velcro holds well. The material is a nice weight, neither too heavy or to thin. I ordered two more pairs. I am 137 and 5’4” and purchased a medium which fits fine.

Got these for my knee replacement surgery and they were perfect. Comfy, great material, and the velcro is easy to close/open. These pants are perfect for surgery.

These pants are comfortable at the waist, and more than baggy in the legs. If you have any kind of a leg or knee issue, they will be flowing freely enough over your knee so as to not cause any irritation. The velcro up the side sure makes it easy to reveal your leg without having to change clothes or take down your pants. Pretty clever product for those of us that are recovering from surgery. I bought these after seeing them recommended on a video.

I have a 38 inch waist and could have sized down to large. I’ll keep the xl though just in case it feels good to be oversized. Have upcoming knee surgery. I just hope they don’t fall down since the waist is loose. Really comfortable. The best thing is the Velcro. I just don’t like snaps. Velcro is much easier to deal with.Update: I ended up returning these XL and getting size Large. I also ordered 3 more in other colors since I like them so much. Since surgery they have made life so much easier. My PT team loves them. They are attractive slacks. I’ve washed, dried and worn all of them three times. They look great after drying, and no shrinkage I’ve had no trouble with color fading. And Velcro being what it is, you just have to protect it by closing it up right away so it does not attract other fibers. These pants are very soft and comfortable and aid me in painlessly attending to my knee when I must.

Pant is soft, comfortable, and lightweight-- you can apply the ice machine pad right over the top of the pants and it works perfectly. The velcro is substantial and holds well, and makes it a breeze to dress/ change wound dressings. Going to get another pair, they are so convenient.
