Great little lights!

These make great emergency lights in a pinch. They work in almost any USB port. That being said, I keep these in a drawer with a bunch of power banks for this purpose. Their only downfall is that you need to make sure the power bank you use has a low power mode. They don't draw enough power for some power banks to stay on.

These lights come straight from the assembly line as strips. Just break them apart at the joints by the USB connector, and they break apart for use easily. (This is typically how PCBs come from the factory)Since they are flat, and only have a few low profile components on the board, they seem durable enough to just throw in a bag and go. I had a little USB night light I use for travel, which I plug into an older USB wall charger for some hotel rooms. This light is a much smaller profile, so is much more convenient to pack away. It's now part of my standard travel kit.Since it's just a USB connector, it can plug into anything with a USB port that supplies power. I expect I will find other uses for these, as there were 10 in the pack.

I love the fact that it was very bright and plugged right into the spare power source we have for our phones. We lost power during the storm here in CA. The only drawback was that it did not stay on for more than 5- 10 minutes. But I'm not sure if that was my battery or the USB light. Either way I gave away several to our kids, for emergency. Thanks

I think these lights are best suited for projects due to the open design. What you see is what you get, they are three LEDs on an open board. I just soldered wires to the end and glued them into my print and they worked perfectly. Zero failures.

I bought these to go with some power banks I got at 5 Below. These are $6 and a bargain. I have 5 power banks and when the power goes off I put one in each room of our house. They don’t light the room but do provide enough light to get around safely. As an experiment I plugged a light into one of those fully charged power banks and started a stopwatch checking the light once in a while. It was goimg strong at 49 hours and 14 minutes. It had stopped at 51 hours. I was impressed and recommend both the light and the powerbank. The photo was taken in a fairly dark room.

Well, there isn't much to say about these mini USB LED modules except they appear reasonably well-made and they work as expected without issues (so far). They come in pairs as a single PCB and will need to be separated manually. Each LED module consumes about 0.06A/60mA (pic 4) and NOT 40 mA as advertised so if this concerns you, look elsewhere. As such, a 5000 mAh power bank (assuming 80% efficiency) would last around 67 hrs and 40 min. Btw, there are very few budget and no-name power banks here that are actually 80% efficient based on the hundreds of power banks that I've come across and reviewed here.≡ ValueAll things considered, these are fairly decent mini USB LED modules (for key chains or what have you) that seem reasonably well-made and work as expected without issues; however, they are 60 mA rated instead of 40 mA as advertised. They are somewhat reasonably priced at $21 (for a 10-pack) for what they provide and their overall build quality, features, and performance. Your mileage might vary.
