This is perfect for those who live in the PNW. It shields from the rain and also from the wind. I gave it 4 stars because I wish it had a flap in the front to shield the rain and wind hitting my child’s face.

Works very well. Only problem we had was when we were putting it on the first time, it wasn’t very stretchy and it did pop on one of the bands, but it’s still usable.

The rain cover is a great addition to the carrier. It helps not only for rain but also for the wind. Hiking up in the lakes this kept the wind off the little man and allowed him to fall asleep even on the top of hills.Pretty easy to put up, the only downside is the foot rest has to be extended to allow for the tension to be there. Not a big problem but it does increase the size of the carrier if you’re going in and out of shops or in a crowded place.This is a definite worthwhile addition to the carrier and if I did lose it, I’d buy it again!

Se avete lo zaino Deuter Kid Comfort prendete anche il suo parapioggia: si aggancia facilmente ed è di ottima qualità. Inoltre è molto comodo per il bambino - ci sono le finestrine trasparenti! Dovrebbero venderlo insieme allo zaino però, perché in montagna è importante averlo.

It comes with a little slip that warns that it is treated with carcinogens. Of course like any other waterproof spray layer on fabric I just didn't think it would be on the product for babies. We haven't use it a single time. I had it just like a piece in mind.

This is a must have if you have a kid comfort! Easy to put on, easy to fold back up into case. Keeps baby dry and protected from the wind.
