First it took longer than stated for the part to come. Then once the part was on, the steering fluid was leaking. Took it to the mechanic just to confirm and was told that the rack and pinion is defective. I cant even get a replacement without contacting Detroit Axel directly.UPDATE:Detroit Axle is the worst! They sent me a bad part. They checked it out after I sent it back and said " I'm sorry the part was defective" Then tried to charge me to have another part shipped. After arguing with them about a part that I only just received they agreed to send another. Keep in mind I have a warranty and only had the part for 2 weeks. After getting a tracking number I noticed the parts not moving. This was a week after they said the part was sent out. I called and found out that they never sent the part out. They just gave me a fake tracking number. They still refused a refund. They kept saying they will send it out priority. After lying.
