The lower ball joints are not right. The OD of the joint seems correct for the axle, but the lip that the ball joint press Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep cup uses for installation and rim is out of spec. It's not a tight fit, and even w/ the offset installation for the Dana 30.I attempted installation of one of them, and the cup kept wanting to angle to the side and would pass the lip of the ball joint. I'd only get maybe a quarter turn on the press before having to back off and attempt to re-align. I thought maybe it was my tool so I went to AutoZone and brought my OTC 7894 adapter and checked the tool they rent, this ball joint, as well as a Duralast brand ball joint. My tool wasn't the problem, it was the ball joint. I ended up spending way more money on AutoZone Duralast lower ball joints just to get the job done, and done right.Between this, and shipping mistakes by Detroit Axle, I cannot recommend them.
