Install was straightforward, these are stock replacements so unbolt the old ones and slam these in. Fixed my ride quality issues from having 2 blown shocks and a snapped coil. These don't ride any higher than new OEM ones I'd assume, my truck sits 1/2" higher up front now, but likely due to having good springs vs one that was snapped.
