The suspension kit arrived missing three pieces of the kit. I contacted customer support and they instructed me to pack the product up and deliver it to FedEx at my expense. If the issues was that I did not want the product, no problem I would take the package to FedEx at my expense. The product is quite heavy and my time is important to me, not only did I have to go through the runaround from Detroit Axel it was their mistake and is their responsibility. This company has no mechanism in place to pickup and the company was incensed that I am not willing to deliver the product to Fedex at my expense. I had to purchase the parts from another seller and reschedule the mechanic. I lost on the transaction, the mechanic lost on the transaction, but Detroit Axel did not. Amazon as with nearly every other company out there was quite willing to send me an article by email SO I COULD BECOME MY OWN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. IF AMAZON WANTS ME TO PURCHASE THROUGH THEM, CREATE AN EASY CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Comes with about everything you will need parts wise for a 2001 Ford 2wd. Does not come with the tie rod end adjusting sleeve so you’ll have to order that or use the old, for the price I’d just order them because they are usually stubborn. I didn’t realize it did not have them that’s why I’m stating it. They don’t advertise it with them and that was my fault for not know what all I needed. These parts fit perfectly and seem to be pretty good quality. Install about as easy as any other parts I’ve bought and they perform well.

For the price I suppose you cannot beat it.I would give it 5 stars but it seems like once a month I need to get under the truck and grease everything. I installed this kit on my 99 f350 crew cab diesel truck, it all went in smoothly. It all seemed solid, the only issue like I said is they eat grease like no other.

Installled linkage on an early 1999 F350. I haven’t installed the sway bar parts yet. I’ll save the ball joints until they are needed. Linkage Parts fit fine. Seem to be quality parts. Time will tell.
