I ended up getting returned struts for a pretty good discount - when they were originally shipped to whomever, the shipper really banged up the boxes and actually put a dent in the bottom plate of one of the struts. I had no issue with this as it didn't effect the functionality. No issues with the struts at all in installing them on my 2009 Lexus RX350 AWD - everything lined up perfectly. However, I ended up putting TRQ's on the rear and I can tell the difference between them and these - the TRQ's are very solid and these do have a very, very slight bounce. But, overall, for what I paid I'm satisfied.

Part seemed to be high quality like OEM. So, the installation is also like OEM, of course. My car had and alignment issue which cost me 2 front tires. The alignment guy tries by it did not get fixed. Got fxed without any input as soon as this new strut was replaced. Car rides like new now.

Same weight as the ones they replaced. The fit was exact. Performance was good, not weak or too stiff. Quite happy with overall cost/value.

I average about 10 purchases a month on Amazon. Hardly ever write a review. I asked for a replacement, their response: "Hello,I apologize for the inconvenience. However, the listing you bought comes with a 90 days warranty. You may call us with your order number ready 248-543-6408 Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 4pm to repurchase at a discounted price. Thank you Ariel". Gee let me waste more time and money on your junk product, not. You can't find any warranty info on their listing or seller site. Should have been a red flag. Spend more $ on better quality struts.

These worked well on my 2004 Toyota Highlander. So much so that it lifted the front end about 2 inches. I wasn't expecting quite the lift but the shocks I replaced were the original ones and they had 240K miles on them. I bought the vehicle used and it was time to replace.I've had them for about a month and enjoy the higher seating much more than before. I'd recommend and buy again. Great value so far.
