Overall, it's a fun and handy stress reliever. It's nice to do some punching -- which I consider is also a form of exercise for me to strengthen my wrists, knuckles, and aiming skills. It's truly fun to do it on my break from typing on the computer. It's nice to have it, to take punches while I brainstorm on creative projects.

Ordered as a frustration reliever for adult teen crew who get quite competitive in the gaming world.. it's a very fun "tongue/cheek" outlet when game doesn't go your way! Tbh, my son wanted an actual speed bag but, not willing to commit to the permanency of the structure- this was my alternative for now! He's actually been quite entertained by more than just the random punch- and thus far, i've been impressed with the overall product!Bag is made of a more substantial leatherette material- solid reinforced stitching is strong enough to withstand a beating. See up close pic's to show details.. this is definitely a level above the kids version. Thick foam protects spring/mechanics from a rogue hit.. W I D E suction base helps keep bag firmly set while in use. *Suction will need the perfect surface to adhere too- we connected onto gloss finish metal lockers.. sprayed with cleaner and warming rubber base before connecting created a solid hold. So much, we must slide to the edge to break to barrier if wanting to remove!!Fun stress reliever for the office or game room setting- for any with common sense that violence is not an answer! I got this little punching bag for my son that has ADHD. He LOVES this thing! He spent over an hour punching it after we got it installed in his room. It was super easy to inflate, and even easier to install. The suction was a little weak, so we decided to screw it down, because if we would have only used the suction cup, it would have flown across the room on the first punch. So if you don't have a spot you could bolt this punching bag to, I would suggest looking for one that has stronger suction than this one. If you are able to bolt it down, it's perfect! The bag part (the part you hit) is really thick and not that cheap plastic/latex material that can be popped easily. This little thing has given my son an outlet for his frustration.. definitely worth it!

Isn’t a bad punching bag, but the plastic is really cheap and it’s a little difficult to set up for overall it’s not bad

I bought this punching bag for my coworker for a gift and. It actually handles really good punches. It's hilarious and relieving.
