Hello,I have a problem with this product. It is currently not showing a connection status. This is not a configuration issue, as it has been working fine since it arrived until today.Please let me know if it has any warranty. Would it be possible to return the product for inspection?Thank you for your support.

Configuration was very easy in my sim. This feels way better than using buttons or my keyboard.A USB cable is included. Everything appears to be 3D printed except the front panel, which is metal. It's all 100% solid.This is the second controller I've bought from Desktop Pilot and everything is working great so far.
