I have a daughter up there mile high at UC Boulder. Upon occasion I wear a tie up there and when I do I sport these Buffs colors.Gold and Black are Primetime colors and the mandatory Buffs logo 🦬 is on there (so nobody will confuse you as a NO Saints fan).The actual tie is polyester and it is not one of those classy silk ties. But it does the job and holds up better with spilled drinks/etc in live fire conditions. This would make a good frat tie.At current price of ~$35, I rate 4-⭐️ in consideration of price/value/choices.

This is a great tie, and better than I even expected. The stripes are crisp. The CU logo is embroidered. There are double tail loops on the back and well constructed seams. The tie is a nice length also. Extremely happy with this, and would recommend. This is giftable, and I would anticipate the other university ties from this brand to be the same high quality.

I am the owner of many ties. But a wise man once said, "You can never have too many ties." I have taken that to heart.I have been a CU fan since I was a little boy (think Chuck Fairbanks). The price of this tie seemed a little high, for what I thought might be a novelty item. It turns out that it's a great tie. And I'm not just saying that because it's adorned with the CU logo - it's truly a high-quality tie. Find a tie of similar quality, and it will cost as much as this tie, or more.I realize that CU ties might have a fairly limited market (not as limited as pre-Deion). Fortunately, the manufacturer of this tie makes ties of similar quality for universities all over the world. Find one with your favorite university and buy it. Because you can't have too many ties!

I got this as a gift for my grandson who lives near UC and he loves it. I don’t foresee him wearing it much, but he was thrilled to add it to his collection of school items. I did check it out before I sent it to him and found the fabric to be soft and easy to tie into a nice Windsor knot.

This is a classy way to show support for your University. It's not a super fancy silk tie but the polyester is decent and the design is great. It's understated so you can wear it in a more formal setting vs. only for a tailgate costume. Would recommend!
