Not the greatest year for the old team but still nice to show some spirit once in a while. Hey we're a basketball school anyway? I've gotten several Desert Cactus brand items over the last few years and all have been exactly as shown and expected. This tie is priced appropriately in my opinion and would be appreciated by any Spartan that has to wear one now and then.

Being a MSU alum I like to represent my school when I can. This tie is fun and allows me to do that. The lines are clean and the logo is clearly visible without being huge. It makes for a fun tie for work or other nice events. It is also polyester allowing a little more flexibility for cleaning. While not silk I am still pleased with it and the overall quality is nice. My boys even want to use it for when they need to dress up. Recommend for Sparty fans.

got this for a friend who has MSU ties ... ha, get it. well now he has one. Dad jokes aside, this is rather well made and the packaging is decent enough to provide as a gift. Not sure if this is the official design that the kiddos still in school wear -- but nice enough to kick as needed at semi formal or alum gatherings. I like how Sparty is off center. Not sure if that is on purpose or just that he had to sit within that stripe ... but like that asymmetrical look.
