Works ok but could use more range for controlling shades.Would be better if connected to Alexa and google directly rather than going through a hub.

I had no instructions whatsoever in the packaging, but there was a QR code to the Tuya app on the packaging. Once I registered for this and hit the add button to find the smart hub, nothing happened. So I saw on the top of the hub there is a little power button (no led or indicator). I went ahead and hit that and also pressed it for a second, and then tried Tuya scanning again, and it picked it right up. Not sure on the exact combo needed, but once that was done, everything in Tuya was intuitive to link to Alexa & Google as well as remote control from the Tuya app itself. Once to deploy to the final installation area, I'll report if there are any issues, otherwise assume this is a great cheap way to get some automated blinds.

i went through, set it up......the instruction for which are sparse. incorporated it into the amazon app and hooked up 4 shades to work in unison. however this unit NEVER gets all 4 working when you tell it to. you get 1 or 2. never more. however the remote control that comes with them (i programmed 1 to work all 4) gets all 4 every time, no issue. the idea behind this unit was good but the actual implementation is poor. not worth the money.
