I had a pickle grabber like this that lasted me many years. These rusted after the first use--even though I rinsed them and stood them up grabber side down in a utensil drain cup. I see many other reviews indicating the same. I would not buy these.

I loved these and they were super useful, however after two uses the prongs were all rusty. It’s hard to tell in the photo because they’re so thin. There’s no way to leave them extended to dry, so I’m not sure how I could have avoided this after washing them. Very disappointing.

I saw this all over TikTok. Thought it would be a convenient little tool for pickles. Not only did I struggle to actually pick up a pickle with this it’s near impossible to clean properly. It doesn’t come apart, and mold just builds up in the hole. I’ve tried soaking it, pushing a straw cleaner in there, nothing gets it clean. Total waste of money just use a fork.

Good price, works, arrive quickly. I had one of these as a kid, and I jumped on the chance to have one of them now. They worked like a charm easy to clean and hit the budget. How much more to say

I do really like these grabbers for olives, pickle slices, and will also use them on the charcuterie tray, but for a full pickle, nope - not enough strength in the 'tongs'. The funtionality is awesome - push the plunger out to extend the grabbers and let it in to grab! I'm also not sure how long the grabbers will hold up, but if they aren't use on a daily basis, I think they'll be fine. I had purchased them with the intent of gifting, but my giftee goes through A LOT of pickles, and I just don't know that they will hold up.I WILL be purchasing more, however, for gatherings, because they are useful, easy to clean, very lightweight, and more fun than just a fork!

My daughter talked me into buying this to try it out. It's not sturdy enough to grab a whole pickle but she got creative and still managed to use it and had fun trying. Easy to wash. When she pulled it out to use it the next time the metal prongs on the inside were rusty so we threw them away. Maybe a funny tool to gift a pickle lover, but not for long-term use.
