On my 2nd generation Subaru Legacy, this strainer doesn't extend down into the tank as far as the one it replaced. So that leaves some fuel unusable at the bottom of the tank, or in the internal return reservoir inside the tank as it appears in the Legacy. Not a big difference, but I wish I had noticed.
