Award is cute but after contacting the seller twice about the personalized plate that you’re supposed to be able to get free for it that never came, I’ll be returning it. It’s not as funny without the personalization. I’d give the award itself 4 stars but customer service 2 stars so I went with 3 overall.

The trophy itself came quickly. it's well packaged. The trophy is pretty hefty, has some weight to it. It's got little awesome toilet seats and toilet paper on the bottom border. It was relatively easy to message them and get the engraved placard which arrived separately in the USPS and I would just recommend to make it clear to them what formatting you want. But they got my formatting excellently. I added an awesome toilet snake to customize it. This is an awesome product and worth every penny.

I'm very pleased with this trophy which we will use for the loser of our Fantasy Football league. We also got the custom printed front plate delivered a few days after the actual item. All in all, it is what we had hoped for. Thank you Decade Awards!
