Fits my "Fourth Generation" Xbox wireless controller. Mine is the "20th Anniversary Special Edition" controller released in 2021.I don't know if it's OEM, but it has an Xbox logo and looks close enough for me that I don't care.

If you are looking for replacement covers these work great. Make sure you order the right ones because the Xbox One controllers are different than the newer models like the Series X and the S model. So pay attention to what your looking for.
