Efficient Cooling Fan and Drain

The drain is installed at the bottom, which can quickly drain the water from the water tank when not in use, extending the service life of the chiller.
Various Alarm Functions
This CW-3000 water chiller has various protection and early warning functions: water flow shortage alarm protection, high/low-temperature alarm, compressor delay protection, pump breakdown.
It's equipped with alarm output port, can quickly protect sensitive components.
The First Installation
- Open the pacakge to check if the chiller machine is intact and all parts are complete.
- Open the injection port then add cooling water.(Do not alow the water overflow)
- According to system conditions,connect the water inlet and outlet pipe well.
- Plug in power,turn on the power switch.(Do not let the water spill over)
- Check the water level of the water tank again.(It should be water to the injection port)

I should have researched a little more, but I wouldn't suggest using this for a Co2 laser. I had to get the 5000 model as the 3000 simply couldn't keep the temperature low enough.

I use it for my 60W laser and is work perfect its not have sound , and is easy to install

The fans and pumps inside the unit are louder than I expected, but the unit is functional and a big upgrade over an aquarium pump in a bucket since it provides a temperature readout and alarm functions. When we first ran the unit, some black liquid came out, so it would be a good idea to flush the chiller before hooking it up to any sensitive equiptment.

The unit I received works like a charm. These radiator style "chillers" are fairly simple devices that are mass produced so you may not get a good unit the first try. This was my case but with persistence I am a satisfied customer.
