Overall I am pleased with the product. Plan on 20-30 minutes by yourself to make the many adjustments needed for a proper fit. Requires patience but you only have to do this once (I hope). The only complaint I have is that the inner strap around the breast should have had a slide so you could move that strap more toward the side of the breast instead of more under your arm. If you don't have implants (and I don't) it causes the breasts to hang from the under the breast strap. For those who have had children and are over 30 we don't like the droopy look....already got that going on. Being able to adjust that strap would have minimized that effect of the balconette. For reference I am 5'4" 120 lbs and wear a 32DD.
