Edited two stars to five: turns out I do have a very weird sink faucet so the none of the connectors provide provided worked. Knowing that was a possibility I turned to figuring out how to use it with a pump. But whether you are using it with a pump or your sink faucet, there are really no instructions provided at all. However, their customer service is absolutely amazing. Right away available by email, an extremely clear and happy to help out. So I’m very satisfied. But just remember if you buy this, I hope you already know what you’re doing and please post a video somewhere!It seems to be very well-made. All the parts are there, and it looks fabulous. Proud to have it in my kitchen, however, I am all set to go with rosemary in place, but now here I am and I have no idea what to do next. I was sure there would be instructions somewhere, online, YouTube, a booklet, but no. I’ve never distilled or created essential oils for anything before so this is all new to me.If I can figure this out, I will change my review accordingly.

This was bought as a gift for my wife who wants to make essential oils.Very well made and fast delivery. After looking at may options for buying a still, I am glad I bought this one. She loves it and we also bought the accessory package to try and make alcohol.

I originally had some issues with my product, This was of no fault from the supplier. The packaging division had some slight errors. I sent an email from there company website (look it up) to see if I could get some resolution. I chatted with Charles. We discussed back and forth the issues and he was so easy and professional to work with. I was actually quite amazed 😌, as I felt I may have to return this. Nope!!! Charles kept in constant contact, updating me every step of the way. Not only is this an amazing, beautifully crafted product, but the customer service is the best I have ever worked with. I am extremely pleased with the Distiller Still. It boasts a very aesthetic appearance, excellent construction, and top-notch quality. I conducted my first distillation of grape pomace into grappa, and the result was outstanding. Highly recommend!

I was very surprised at the quality. This is a fantastic product. The parts are very well manufactured and it is refreshing to see the copper used rather than steel. The thermometer is very easy to read. All the parts went together rather quickly. If you are less experienced in the equipment it make take some time to fit everything and become more familiar with parts and where they go. The pictures on the box are confusing somewhat because not all the pieces pictured are included. The interesting features I can note are the silicone seals which also fit uniquely between the parts. The clamps are of good quality. I think my favorite feature is the water cooling hose. Instead of being run through a bucket of water which might see traditionally, this one cools with tap water hooked to a water line. Total time saver. It will distill mash, wort,water, hydrosol, white fuel, botanicals. Just keep in mind that for whatever your use is extra parts might need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Can't tell you what to do with your distiller but you definitely need to make your own decision and research your guidelines. This is a complex process and hobby that should be taken upon carefully and thoughtfully. You definitely want to spend time researching and doing your homework familiarizing yourself with the process before starting this endeavor. This is a great starter kit. After your first batch you'll do good to purchase tools to measure sugar and alcohol content.While I haven't distilled anything alcoholic yet, it did distill water very well and quickly. I have my mash working for my first batch. But it will take a few weeks to be ready still. I'll be sure to update this with my results of that runOverall with everything I've mentioned I believe this is a top notch distiller and everything I've encountered is of a standard above what I'm used to. I recommend this product for a newbie with a serious commitment to distilling. For an experience distiller this is a beautiful piece of equipment. It's shiny and sparkly and definitely not your backwoods still. This is the showpiece that you give your friends and family a tour of as their sampling your product.

Easy to assemble. Aesthetically pleasing. There are zero how to videos or written instructions on how to use this. Additionally, you will need to hook this up to a hose or your sink each time you use it. Still trying to figure this thing out.
