Just put these on my bike and rode 20 miles. I used these grips as much as the original flat grips. They have a nice texture, it's hard rubber but not too hard.Installed easily. You need to tweak them to get your most comfy fit. They are very stable on the bar.

The verdict is still out. I am just not completely hot on this product. I have ridden several times now with them and ended up having to move my grips in and shifters/brake levers in. Kind of weird. They don't seem bad, but I am not sure these are my long term go to bar ends. They are also super tacky. Almost uncomfortably tacky. Anyway, I truly believe this is a product that will be personal preference, as most bike stuff usually is.

These are doing what I expected. They feel more comfortable than horizontal grips. They were easy to install and fit as expected.

I mostly ride a road bike with a flat handlebar. I had one in the past, and I had purchased a pair of bar ends so I could change hand positions to the outside of the bar. For bigger mileage rides I ride quite a bit with my hands on the ends of the grips/ bar ends. I couldn’t find anything like what I had before, they were very small and basic. I don’t like the look of full on MTB bar ends on a road bike, so I found these. They’re perfect. They’re very comfortable, and they’re nice and grippy. They actually give more surface area for your palms. I’ll be purchasing another pair for a Gary Fisher I’m rehabbing for use on long gravel/dirt road rides. I highly recommend these.

These are one of the most comfortable bar ends I’ve ever owned. Comparable to the Can Creek bar ends, but nicer texture and they permit a more relaxed hand position. Super product.

These are the f#@*in' bee's knees! I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and also have been doing a lot of thinking about which positions I used most on my old drop bars. I changed to this flat bar setup with the bar ends and they just felt perfect right off the bat. I feel like I have twice as much stability over the flat bar without the bar ends and my shoulder is in a position where it isn't strained. I'm also able to put my elbows on the grips and get into a stable aero position without my arms sliding off. The lower paddle supports my palm on the flat grips, too. Kind of like an ergon grip which you can add, but it will cost you $80. I don't think you need it with these. Good quality build. Firm but a little cushy. Grippy, but not sticky. Go ahead and buy them, they're worth twice as much.
