Allowed my wife to use her new 3 hole road cycling shoes with 2 hole SPD cleats. It is very strong and sturdy, and easy to clip in and out of. Don’t understand reviews questioning strength for out door use. It’s built like a tank. My only negative is it does add stack height to the pedal, clear, shoe stack up.

I Thrifted a pair of Nobull cycling shoes, not realizing they are only Delta compatible and I have SPD pedals on my spin bike. These worked perfectly and the SPD clip fits well, the only funky thing is that it makes the clip stick out so you can’t walk flat if you unclip from the bike, but that’s not a huge deal since I’m at home. Unsure about long term quality, but priced well so I’m happy for now!

My wife really wanted Peloton shoes, however, the cleats did not work with the bike at our local gym. I bought these and was quite skeptical at first, both in terms of comfort and potential for slippage. Fast forward and after three months of usage, my wife is very pleased with both.

My gym decided to install this setup on all of the spin bikes (including Pelotons) so had to get these to adapt my pair of shoes. Easy to hook into pedals. Well made and holding up nicely after a dozen or so rides.
