EASY TO USE
Just screw the adapters on the bottom of the shoes and install your road bike cleats on top of the adapters. Then the MTB shoes are ready to be used with road bike pedals!
A 4mm Allen Key for the cleats’ installation is included. Please check the video in our product listing for more details.
LOOK DELTA COMPATIBLE CLEATS INCLUDED
A set of 9-degree float Look DELTA compatible cleats is included. The cleats are made of extra strong and heavy-duty engineering thermoplastic. Great for daily riding. Weight: 52g (pair).

I bought these for my travel cycling shoes to switch my shoes between delta and SPD. My shoes are delta and this allows me to use SPD pedals with my delta shoes. Good to have on hand when traveling since I never know what the peloton pedal situation is going to be at the hotel.

This is the solution to converting my wife’s cycling shoes to Peloton shoes. She’s been using these for months now without any issues. This was the cheap alternative to a second pair of shoes.

I bought Tiem spin shoes with SPD cleats bc I liked the low profile (read: no clickety-clacking) look and feel of them. While this product countered that, this was such a great option when I needed to switch to Delta cleats for the Peloton. My spin shoes were still in like new shape, and I couldn’t stomach buying a new pair, since Delta cleats aren’t compatible with Tiems. These work flawlessly, weee super easy to install, and feel very sturdy. Highly recommend!
