I bought these to clean up aluminum cylinder heads. They barely took off carbon and removed nothing or at least nothing noticeable by way of aluminum. They're also incredibly small and do not last even at low (1500 rpm) and light pressure.

I used these the smooth out some porting work I did on my aluminum intake. They conform to rounded curves and helped smooth out the surface.

These things are great!! They are made of good quality. Just make sure you get multiple sizes so you can do your clean up and polish faster.
