This anchor shackle has a 2-ton WLL, this is twice the WLL of most 3/8 shackles. It's also made in the USA.

Shackle is expensive as shackles go but appears to be very high quality. Bought this to replace a similar sized one I was using (different brand, made in guess where) but doubted its strength. Decided that it would be far cheaper to buy this than what it would cost if the less expensive one failed. Pleased overall.

These High Tensile shackle make what is usually the weakest link in your rode much stronger without being so big they won't work with the other components. Highly recommended.
