It kept my dog from getting water spilled in her pen . I sure am satisfied with it. Before I got it every time I left she had wet ears and even her blanket would be damp. Now she is dry and so is her blanket. My niece had them and let me try it before I purchased it and am so glad I did!

I purchased five of these and all of them are made the same way.They are not sturdy, not stable, because they are either an incomplete product or a defective product, therefore not worth the money.They cannot be used as they are supposed to be used.The slit opening in the middle of the threaded area where the white cap screws on is not completely split in the middle all the way through the center. The cage wire cannot be placed in the the slit area and have the cap screwed on to keep it in place.I am having to place the threaded bolt between cage wires and this allows the bowl to turn side to side as the animal knocks it around and the cap soon works its way off of the threaded bolt that is supposed to be keeping this secure, but it cant because the product cannot be properly used.

Works great in the crate and is easy to hang. The dog has no problem drinking out of it. It seems sturdy and well made.

My dog could get it detached when he was bored. It works with the common thin wire crates. Does not work with the large heavy duty crates. (Ones with1/4” rods). I like that the bowl easily removes for filling.

This could be amazing. If you have a jumpy and wiggly dog, don’t bother with this. The long plastic screw in the back is too short and it will fall off. If you have a calm creature can work.

I've been helping with rescue cats and these work perfectly. I love the fact that the silver bowl can be lifted out and cleaned while leaving the main bowl attached to the crate. I've been using them for a couple weeks now and they are wonderful!

Terrible product for dog. It’s a very small bowl and the screw doesn’t hold well, if the dog touches the bowl the screw comes off and water goes everywhere.

This is my second purchase of one of these crate bowls. I accidentally bought a slightly bigger crate than planned for my chihuahua and these bowls are big enough that they take up space where they attach to the crate. This is helpful so that she does not have space to pee. The steel bowl comes out so that you can wash it and not have to unscrew the base every single time. The bowls are a bit shallow so I recommend using a pitcher or a cup of water to fill the bowl rather than to carry it from the sink. These are also really helpful because they prevent my dog from tipping over her food or water bowl. I appreciate that the bowls are steel so I don't have to worry about BPA's.The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the bowl showed up with some weird gunk on it.

little smaller than expected as my dog is a large breed, but will still do the trick! quick delivery too.
