The jacket is nice for very light activity but won't hold up in the slightest against twigs and stuff. It's warm af and fits nice, lots of nice features. 0 water repellancy and not great for wind either because of the stretch panels on the sides. It's great for a mid layer or putting something on to run to town tho.

The jacket is thin and malleable. It is warmer than a soft shell fleece jacket, but just as light so it is very comfortable. Exactly what I was hoping for. Lightweight, but deceptively warm. You could probably compress it down to about the size of your fist, with some effort. Still, not so warm it makes you sweat in the truck between stops.

Great jacket, I have worn this jacket in November and December in Northern Virginia down to 30 degrees so far. It is not a winter jacket but a fantastic fall jacket or a jacket for someone like myself who gets to hot wearing heavy jackets. It will make an excellent low cost pack jacket. Seems durable and comfortable. It is on the smaller side so order a size up . I am 5'9: tall about 185 lbs. 32" waist. A large fit perfect.

I use this for work and have two of them. Not quite as warm as an Arteyrx but for the price I'll take any day! Plus they have preset velcro for shoulder patches. Huge Plus. They are fragile like an Arteyrx but, get some Gear Aid Tenacious Tape or Patches and they are your best friend. Great buy and totally worth the price! Buy it, you will be happy!

This is basically a poor mans Arc'teryx atom jacket. Super comfortable, fits great, good build quality, nice build details. If you buy the right size it's good for layering. Now my favorite light winter jacket. Definitely worth the price.
