Chair was received with some missing parts. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and prompt on getting the correct parts shipped immediately. Chair was easy to assemble and it's very comfortable. Grandchild should be happy!!

This chair is perfect for my daughter! While she is doing work she can relax her back comfortably. The assembly was nice and easy as well. I recommend this chair!

Updates-took about a week to hear back from the seller. They have been following up so I do appreciate that. Was told that the screws are pre installed and I did find those screws. The preinstalled screws weren’t that visible due to the directions not being too clear. Still missing 4 plastic round things but it’s not really needed per se. At the end of the day, we were able to put the chair together.My kid was looking forward to have this chat installed but it didn’t come with the necessary parts! Missing 3 small screws and 3 round plastics things. This is a pretty bad quality control….

The back support is uncomfortable. I purchased it for my daughter's exercise activities, but she keeps losing her balance and falling because the backrest leans too far forward, nearly reaching the middle of the seat. Additionally, I am still waiting for a refund!

My son has used this chair for several months now and he really enjoyed it. It's easy to put together. My 6 year old can adjust the height himself. I use it sometimes when I use his desk to show him something so I know how comfortable it is.The only complain is that it can get dirty easily and not sure how to clean it.

First time we ordered it, one leg wouldn't raise or lower. We simply returned it and purchased another. Our child was really set on this chair. They really enjoy the foot rests and that they can change the height. It's light weight, too. Which is nice for the little ones since they can move it around easily.
