I got it and it worked great. One week later I went on a weekend trip. It worked great. Got home and I never got it to cool down after that. It turns on but never cools. The manual is pretty useless. It only displays the temp in Celsius. No real customer service. Skip this. Buy once, cry once. Get something better that has real customer service and a real warranty.

UPDATE: I used this thing on my 14 day trip from Florida to Alaska. I kept it in the back of my truck which I use to tow a 5th wheel camper. We wanted to avoid buying groceries as much as possible due to the COVID pandemic, so we stocked as many frozen foods as possible. The small RV freezer was way to small, so we tried this.During the day I plugged it into the 12v cord and into the truck's DC adaptor , and at night into 110 AC. It worked flawlessly. So good that we could even throw a couple of water bottles in it in the AM, and by the evening we had ice for our drinks. (Remember, the truck was running all day, so it kept the batteries charged. Don't plug this into a car that isn't running for very long or you'll have a dead battery.)Keep in mind we were driving through 90+ degree heat for the first 3-4 days. It must have awesome insulation. Really impressed with this little thing.(And I didn't get this for free to say this, and I don't work for the company, etc. )--------------------------------------This freezer/fridge is pretty amazing. It's like a mini chest freezer. When I plugged it in it was 86 degrees F. I set it to 29 degrees and walked away thinking it would probably take overnight to get it down to temp. I came back 90 minutes later and it was at 29 and just quietly humming away!Really an awesome addition to an RV or Boat. I recommend using 110 power to get everything frozen, and then using 12v during the day to keep it cold. You'll drain your battery if you try to use 12v to bring freeze unfrozen items.

Arrived in April 2020- Had a tiny ding near the LED display, but nothing major.... prob happened in transit, but the machine works like a charm. I use it as a backup freezer to store more frozen veggies and misc items. I keep it in cool area of the garage. When I got it.. it immediately went to 0F. Placed goods inside.. also its SUPER QUIET. The 1 weird thing is the LED buttons are a little sensitive and- but not to the point where the device doesnt work..just seems like super sensitive buttons to the touch.. There is a ECO friendly mode and a MAX mode..& temp setting. Overall I am impressed/pleased and glad I have a backup and portable way to freeze foods wether home or camping. Looking forward to its operations.

I own a 40 Dometic, a 55 Engels an 30 Engels that after 21 years finally gave up. I decided to give this one, a 63 a test as I needed one that had more storage for a particular ten day excursion through Utah. The capacity is almost inconvenient as whatever you want it's assured to be on the bottom. In a perfect world you would have two, a 35~40 quart for the things you need over and over, like drinks. The large cooler would store the meats and meals that you only access once. Overall this one performed perfectly. the temps never varied and seemed to be consistent throughout. Better so than my Dometic. The coolers have become much quieter. You can barely tell when this oneis running. I would give this one five stars if the temp control was on top and the readout wasn't strictly centigrade. The other feature that I'm not keen on is that the fridge requires a special plug with transformer to use 120.Not an issue if you don't lose the plug. The Engles uses the same power plug as a home PC. That's very convenientI haven't had it long enough for a longevity rating. The two Engels I've had both went over 20 with continuous use.One is still going strong at 22. The Engels and Dometic are never turned off, either in a vehicle or in the shop on 120.Engel has their own sawafuji compressor, legendary for long life. I would hope a Danfoss type compressor fridge would go at least ten years.
