Great little book. It helps me really see what I'm eating and drinking amounts too. Even though I've changed my lifestyle not just dieting I wasn't keeping track on paper the numbers. So this helped me see where I needed to do some adjusting. It's a great partner to my fitness watch.

Had exactly everything I want in a food journal without all the wasted “extras “ to fill in space. There is plenty of room to add all your meals and snacks. There are spaces to fill in calories, fat, carbs and protein for each line item plus additional columns if you want to track additional nutrients like sodium . Glad i purchased

I like this product vs a digital diary because writing things down helps me remember what I have eaten, even if I don't have the book with me. I have been able to stay on track and not forget how many calories I have had or how much protein I need. Fantastic tool!

100% meets my needs. I like the cover on the front is discreeet. The paper is strong enogh for daily use and double sided with enough space to add a clear description. The spiral is doubled up so I anticipate it holding up.

I purchased two of the Food Trackers, one each for my husband and myself, as we were starting the South Beach Diet. It’s really easy to use as we track our nutrients and water intake each day. The Food Tracker has columns for recording Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, plus 3 blank columns. I use one of the blank columns for recording how many vegetable servings I had at each meal. I like that it has a ‘Notes’ section at the bottom, where each day I record whether I met my Goals for water intake, protein, and servings of vegetables. I recommend if you’re looking for a simple method of tracking your diet.
