Very lightweight practice helmet. Very comfortable to wear with the easy strap on the back. Not very cool on hot days though but safety over comfort.Highly recommend it.

I wasn't quite sure of the size based on the listing, because it seems to just look like the small is for youth and the large is for adults. I took a chance and got the small for my 8yo and it fits him!It's adjustable at the lower back of the head with a shoelace style tightening ability. The chin strap is a foldover velcro strap, so that can easily be put on the desired tighness for comfort.My son says it's very comfortable and wanted to wear it around the house, even though it's for his flag football--so that's a good sign!It seems to be a good quality foam protection that I'm sure will help prevent injuries. It's also a big plus that he's excited to wear it. As a mom of a little football player, I'd say this is definitely a great value for the price! I'm sure with the adjustments, it will fit him for years!

This helmet is well built with thick padding all around. It fits well and has plenty of room for the ears. It is easy to adjust for the proper fit with the back cords adjustment and Velcro chin strap.

This is a nice helmet for your little rugby/martial arts star. It's comfortable and deformable; the EVA layer offers very good protection without being unwieldy. The helmet is adjustable at the chinstrap and the rear of the head. The unique earhole design is brilliant, virtually eliminating head protection deafness with no compromise in shock absorption - this was noticed and much appreciated by the wearer. Recommended.

I will be playing rugby in the fall and I wanted to make sure I had protection for my head. This will be helpful in the scrums, as a decent amount of ear damage can occur from them. This cap is also helpful with protecting the head from hits, as there are no other protective measures on the pitch

This Soft Shell Football Helmet is a total win! It's comfy, fits great, and seriously softens the blows. Whether I'm diving for a touchdown in flag football or getting rough in 7v7, this cap has my back. Plus, it's cool-looking. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to play hard but stay safe!
