I bought this for my friend because he was doing a lot of work in the house. He said it worked great and it made life a lot easier for precision cuts.

Just got it & practicing with it. I have a lot of weird contours & it worked very well. I'd seen these elsewhere but I didn't feel they were terribly good. This seems more robust than some I've looked at. It dosen't look like the plastic slats would break or snap easily as it ages. The shapes made were made easily & accurately & it does lock when you twist the little knobs - metal. I like the feel of it. It's for diy carpet tiles. I am pleased with it to be honest.

Went for this as thought it might be bit more premium compared to others. The tool is quite stiff even after adjusting the screws. It’s also not very accurate, especially for finer details. I ended up switching back to traditional methods.

Generally god, comes in a nice case and the lock works well my slight problem is I have an old house so could have donewith it being a little deeper as the architraves etc are quite large and I had to fiddle it a bit . But otehrwise fine.
