I like how this monitor light bar helps reduce eye strain with its adjustable brightness and color temperature. The remote control makes it super easy to change settings without getting up! It's a perfect addition to my home office.

This review is for the iQuincy Computer Monitor Light Bar with Remote. I get terrible eye strain from looking at the computer monitor all day at work then a few more hours in the evening at home. I got this monitor light bar mainly base on its claim to reduce eye strain. It light bar easy to assemble and install. It fits perfectly on top of my computer screen. It comes with a unique remote. I have only used it a couple of occasions. Not long enough to recognize ant significant differences. I will update this review in a couple of months.

I am familiar with biased lighting, but not in the form of a light bar. In fact, I used to have LED lights installed on the back of my monitors to create that biased lighting effect, and absolutely loved the aesthetic. What I didn't realize until being without it, was how much it actually helped reduce eye strain. That's where this handy dandy light bar comes in.I've seen tons of these on TikTok videos, but never fully grasped their purpose until I recently learned that they also create biased lighting. The installation process was ridiculously simple and took me less than 5 minutes to set up. The packaging and the instructions made the entire set up effortless.The circular remote contraption is sleek, modern, and incredibly intuitive, allowing for easy adjustments with minimal effort. After using this for an entire workday, I noticed a significant difference in energy and productivity. I didn't feel the usual mid-afternoon eye strain or the need for a power nap. My focus stayed sharp, and my eyes felt so much more comfortable.The only thing I wish it had was different tinting options instead of just one single fade of light, but that's a minor caveat. Overall, this monitor light bar is an absolute must have. If you spend long hours in front of a screen, do yourself a favor and buy it.

I'm using this light on a super ultra wide 49in curved monitor. Light covers very well and lights up my whole desk without any glaring off of the monitor or shining into my eyes. Clamp works ok, the spring tension is on the high side and can cause the light to lift/shift around but once you get it into place it sits well no movement. I really like the auto dimming function, I never really have to worry about the brightness and it does a good job at picking the right brightness for the light conditions. The wheel dial is a nice touch, never needing to touch the light after its setup is a great.Cons:- wheel dial has a slight lag when turning it on/off. Its not bad but you do notice it- The light can become unstable if the clamp isn't just right. Once setup I would only use the dial/wheel to adjust anything on the light.

I love this monitor desk light. It frees up desk space and clutter and gives wide, even light. I tried on both an iMac and an external monitor and it worked well on both.

Amazing lamp! Love the fact that you can sireless control the brightness as well as turning it on and off. Easy to set up and it fits on my monitors perfectly! It sheds tons of light on my desk and also illuminates my area better for mettings.

Never liked desk lamps because they take up too much space. Gave this a try and i love it. Snap in the light bar, plug in, and clip it to the monitor. I have a curved monitor that is slightly wider than the light so the edges overlap just slightly. The light barley shines on the screen itself. It shines the entire desk without hitting the screen seemingly at all (other than the top corner). It is plenty bright without being overly bright. I only use it when the light off and it keeps my eyes from getting sore. Then it also comes with a remote switch to turn it on. SO GOOD. I don't have to touch the light at all! So glad i got this light!

This light bar is the perfect addition to anyone's computer setup. Unlike other lights I have tried, this one does NOT shine in your eyes or cause glare on the screen. a very directed, soft light that hits your keyboard and desk ONLY, this is a godsend for anyone that needs additional light for their desk. The remote control connects seamlessly, and the the customization of the light (both brightness and color temp) is very well done. The addition of a light sensor for the ambient light is a nice bonus! Very highly recomimendd.
