After installing I noticed that the spur gear was wobbling, I took it apart and measured the through mounts for the spur gear, all 3 were different lengths. I filed them down to the same measurement within .01mm, now it spins smoothly. The pinion gears don’t ride perfectly on the spur gear but they mesh good. And the sleeves had to be modified for the grub screw to make contact with the motor shaft.

The shaft diameter is smaller than the Traxxas one, you would think sense they don't include the drive shaft spline it would fit. NOPE!!! The metal is complete monkey metal, would not recommend getting this product

19t pinion was too much for my brushed motor - started smoking. Destroyed the 19t pinion because it kept coming loose and grinding against the body of my rc car with the brushless. You definitely need to use some threadlock on the grub screw (and for added peace of mind on my 17t I put some on the motor shaft as well). Had to grind down the edges of the sleeve that goes into the pinion because they stuck out as well. all in all worth it, though the metal driveshaft is lighter blue than most of the other blue accents I have in my rc and required an extra part from traxxas for my fiesta for it to connect to the front diff.

The metal gears and drive shaft are great, the bearing included with it only lasted about 20 minutes and completely disintegrated. Luckily I had the bearing from the stock one to put back in.
