This is a 2004 MDX and the original equipment high pressure power steering hose lasted until 2021. Replacing the hose was not easy and after one year it started to leak. It was manufactured in China and I suspect that the hose was a counterfeit rip off. It had all the proper markings for a high pressure hydraulic hose.

Wanted to have this work because of the price. Amazon said it would fit my vehicle. But sadly it didn't. The connector was a different size than the original one. Ended up buying one from a local parts store. The product looked well made.
