The charging station although listed as compatible for BPR40 radios does not work well in conjunction with them. Several issues with this product. The radios do not sit securely/tightly in the cradle thus not always making the connection to charge. Two of the six cradles have already ceased to work and it has only been in use 2 weeks. I would not recommend this at all stick to the individual charging stations.

The device works as it should. We use it at our company which makes it easy to charge all devices at once and same location.
