This is much larger than I thought but it works well. It's not something you can just keep on your counter though. It is not something easy to store either. It's easy to clean and a good value though.

This thing goes through most fruits and vegetables like butter. The stainless blade has been fantastic with no obvious dulling yet. You get little circular disks of your favorite fruits and vegetables with very little mess. The adjustability of the unit is great and it's definitely heavy-duty. Slice as thin or thick as you'd like. The speed is great too. It's been running flawlessly. It's easy to clean and not too loud either.I've always enjoyed watching the deli workers slice the meats. I now know what it's like, but with Onions, cucumbers and tomatoes.Understand before buying this isn't a really small mobile slicer. It's the real deal and takes up some space. 5 stars.

Easy to use, makes slicing so much easier, especially if you are slicing several. Slices uniformly and of varying widths, perfect for my needs! I freeze dry fruits and vegetables, but have had trouble with both uniform and thin slices, and my hands tire easily. So this is a dream slicer for me. Please not that this is rather large and bulky, and might not be right for a small kitchen, but if you slice a lot of vegetables and fruits, for preserving, or even just for harvest season, this is an awesome time (and effort) saving tool!
