I have about 40 feet between my anchor points so I ordered a 32 Foot shade. I'm not sure if it stretched or if it was bigger than advertised but it covered the entire 40 feet which made it more difficult to install since it was hard to get equal tension on all three corners. But the quality seems good and hopefully it will hold up. The amount of shade it provides is amazing! Every backyard should have one.

Had no idea if this would work, but it does. Pool water is nice and cool when we use the sail. Took a bit of engineering imagination to hang as it is heavy and needs stability especially with windy days. Everyone loves having more shade on these hot days. We do remove it when storms or heavy winds are in the forecast. Ordered the turquoise and love it! We ordered the 32x32x32

If you thought this was 3 sails, you didn't read the product description well. Its perfect for the use, don't over tension it or leave it up all the time, you'll have expected wind damage.

I am a swimming instructor and I bought one of these two years ago to help shade our pool because I have to keep y water temp at 89 degrees or below for safety reasons. This sail has made a huge difference in our water temp during the hot Texas summer. I was having to run the chiller almost nonstop during July and August when temps were 100+ for days on end, but this sail and its shade effected a 10 a 15 degree drop in water temp for my pool. Well worth the money spent! I bought a second one thinking it would wear out in the scorching heat and wild storms with hail that we get, but it has held up for two years and will be used next summer as well. I haven’t had to break open the second one yet. Very happy with this product.

I have purchased two shade sails so far, both triangular in shape with each side 32 feet long. The sail was easy to install with anchors on the side of the house, gazebo and a tree using a wire and clamps kit to bridge the distance from anchor points to the sails. I also used a couple of heavy duty springs (designed for use with outdoor swing seats) to help with easing high tension when it is windy. Since installing the sails over the past week the weather has been terrible here in Austin Texas with lots of rain and high winds which the sail has endured without ant hint of a problem. The sail is not waterproof which is a good thing so water cannot pool on top of the sail and yet it is water resistance means it does offer good protection from rain..... not that that is its intended benefit. All in all, I am really impressed with the quality of the product given how inexpensive such large sails are. The whole job done for around $250 plus my labor which was about 4 hours. I can confidently recommend the product and it will be interesting to see how many years they last but my expectations are higher now than before buying and seeing the product.

Purchased this and my husband installed it for our RV Park pool. It's a nice little salt water pool but it gets too hot that it is not refreshing on hot days. Once we got this shade installed, we've gotten nothing but positive feedback from the other tenants that the pool is actually nice to swim in when it's hot out and that the shade makes it look very nice and appealing. We had storms a few weeks ago and it held up. The mesh helps it to just fall through the material. Highly recommend this.

You get what you pay for and think I got a decent value for my money. No matter how tight I get them they still flop in the wind and sag when they get wet (once they sun is out and they dry the sag goes away). Ordered with 32' final stretched sides and put my poles 36', it stretched dang near all the way to the poles and probably would have if I kept stretching. These are not commercial quality but didn't pay the higher price either, for what I did pay I'm happy with what I got. In the year they've been up (taken down once for a hurricane) they've handled everything from heavy rains and gusty winds, one windy day the hook on a pretty heffy turnbuckle straighten out but they held up. The only issue I've had at all with the actual product is one of the corner D rings came off, I contacted ColourTree asking what to do to fix it and the next day I got a UPS notification for a delivery.... They sent me a replacement, not just the D ring but a whole new one! I of course put the new one up and with nothing else wrong with the old one I called around and found a shop that could crimp and weld a new D ring on. I see why they sent a new one, replacing 1 ring was 25% the cost of the whole thing but now I have a spare if/when something happens to one of the other ones.
