Installation is easy, and they look great on my 2005 vtx1300C, but buying foot rests or pegs to clamp on to these is very limited, your better off buying the 1 1/4 tubing size where options are wide for pegs!

Not very good craftsmanship.Does not give very much space to easily go from upshift to downshift. Bar comes kinda close to shifter lever.Pretty good installation instructions.2004 Honda vtx 1300c

I bought this bar because I read the reviews. Well I hope you read mine. I've attached photos to show how bad this top of that bar has rusted in just 3 months. Not only is it rusting but nothing can clean it up. Worse then that I contacted this business to figure out a solution and they threw there hands up and directed me to Cobra. Now this is the real kicker. Cobra knows the top mount has problems rusting and has not tried to fix it and won't admit it's a manufacture defect. The actually bar it's self is easy to Matain but the top mount is made differently. Very disappointed that Cobra knows this is a problem and won't fix the defect and won't own up to making it right with their coustmers. These bars are great! I have a VTX 1300 and was concerned about getting the "fatty" bars for fear they would look out of place on the bike. After reading other reviews, I decided to give them a try. If you are on the fence between the regular bars and the "fatty" bars, go with the "fatty". They look like they were made for the bike. The size is perfect and I think the smaller version would have looked out of place.

Excellent looking bars. I like the thicker look, matches the bike better (2006 Honda VTX). Unfortunately, the bike went down with me on top.. I am fine, and my legs were protected by these bars. Thank you Cobra. They did exactly what they are meant to do. I will never ride a bike with out the highway bars, and these ones proved it.

These beefy pipes really enhance the look of my VTX 1300R. I thought they might look a little chunky. But once installed they look great. Installation was dead easy. Took 2 of us 10 minutes to install. It's easier if you install the top bolt first. Leave it loose, install the bottom 2 bolts, then tighten it all up and bolt the horn back on. The only drawback to these bars is that there aren't many highway pegs around that will fit the 1.5" fatty. The Kuryakyn 4574 Longhorns are the only ones I could find. But I knew this before I purchased the bars and I have a pair of the pegs on order.

Bars look great on my VTX1300C. Came very quickly, packaging was sufficient, and they even threw in a Cobra sticker so I can advertise for them! Very easy to install, took me 15 minutes. Saving up for the off-set footpegs to complete the package. Nice look on the bike. It does run a little close to the shifter so if you are wearing pointed toe or bulkier boots you will feel a bit of obstruction until you get used to them.
