The first trip in the washing machine and one sleave began to come unsewn. I would recommend you purchase a different brand, these have a 30 day warranty, I thought surely you could use a year.

I took a chance that these sleeves would work and they turned out to be fantastic. They did not slip and I wore them for the first time today for 12 hours. They were not too tight and did not leave a mark on my arm. Definitely a lucky find!

They're made of 92% nylon for breathability and wicking away sweat and 8% spandex for stretch. They have a knit wrist for a slightly better grip around the wrist, are seamless so there is no seam to leave a line along your arm, and feel nice and smooth. They are slightly tapered with the upper (biceps/triceps) end being about 1" wider measured flat (around 4" vs. 3"). My wife and I both find them to be small enough to stay on easily but not so snug as to feel tight. However, neither of us is heavily muscled and we find they slip a bit during more intense activities like biking. If you have larger arms they will presumably fit tighter and give more compression (and be less likely to slip), which may be a good or bad thing depending on what you prefer. They're 15" long, which may or not be enough to cover your arm from the wrist to under our sleeve. If you have very short or long arms, you might want to measure your arm to make sure the sleeve won't hit your arm pit or fail to cover the whole arm. They seem to give good sun protection are have a claimed 50+ SPF rating. If you're inside and look through one side of the sleeve towards the outside, you'll see that it blocks the light very well. However, when you stretch the fabric, you'll notice that light comes through the spaces between the threads of the fabric. This suggests that the sun protection may be less if you have muscular arms that stretch the fabric more.It is recommended that you hand wash the sleeves, which is a bit of a nuisance but what you probably want to do to extend their life. You also presumably need to line dry them rather than dry them in a dryer, but drying doesn't take too long since they're made of synthetic material. In terms of cooling, they're not bad. The white sleeves are reflective and keep direct sunlight off your skin, which helps prevent your arms from getting hot. Of course, you don't feel a cooling breeze on your arm as you do with bare arms. Long sleeves that are looser provide better air circulation around your arms but don't wick away perspiration. I tried to do a little research to see which solution is objectively better but didn't find anything definitive except that the makers of sleeves all said they were cooler. The best solution to the problem of sun and heat may be a matter of personal preference. I don't like either sun screen or long-sleeve shirts and find this a decent solution when outside inThere are many brands of sleeves, so you may want to compare them before buying. Some are made of polyester rather than nylon and some give a lower price for a larger quantity. Also, some come in different colors, though white is probably the coolest if you're out in the sun. I think these are worth a try. If you find you use them a lot, you might want to experiment with several brands to see which works best for you.

I selected for review these CMCOOPLX 2 Pairs Arm Sleeves for Men Women Youth, UV Sun Protection Arm Cover. This is the second product like this I've selected for review recently and these are far better than the other. These arm sleeves are comfortable and silky feeling. My biceps are about 11" round and the sleeves fit just right; not tight or loose and they haven't slipped. I've worn them twice so far while doing yardwork, the second time being while I hauled and placed 25 bags of mulch. I was outside for about an hour. My main reason for selecting these was for the UPF50 rating. I was a bit skeptical if they'd give any protection but I was happily surprised. I feel that they did offer protection from the sun and using them was much better than messing with sunscreen. I should also note that I did not feel they had any cooling effect, but that doesn't really matter to me. Also, I'm not sure why the listing says they are compression as I'd say that's at 0%. I have the white set and they were quite dirty when I was finished. I simply tossed them in the sink with warm water and woolite, cleaned them, rinsed and hung on a towel bar. They were dry the next morning. Easy. These are currently priced at $9.99 for 2 sets. I think this is a good deal and if they had ones with patterns or just other colors, I would buy them.
