For the cost this has been a great buy. I am disapointed in how easily it hangs up in free spool (more often then the average 1/2 ton comealong.) But again keeping in mind the price and ease of purchasing I do not regret picking this guy up.

used once ; only works turning clockwise to hoist up no counter clockwise to lower down and neutral does not work. SO i wasted way over $200 and i would like them replaced .I USED THEM THE FIRST TIME 2 MONTHS AGO AND THERE IS NO RETURN ON THEM

this come along is great. so tiny and light in weight. most of the things I am supporting are less than the 550 lb weight limit, so it works great for me. would buy again in a heartbeat.
