There are four wedges. There are two different thicknesses of wedge. You can adjust these very easily for your needed height or foot angle. My left leg is 1cm shorter than my right leg. Also, when I pedal my left foot angles out, so I need the wedge to angle my foot back in and raise the thickness of the cleat area to offset my leg length discrepancy. through trial and error, I've landed on about 3mm's of thickness with about 4mm on the outside. There are two lengths of bolts to use depending on how thick you need the cleat to be. The bolt heads are nice and wide and work great with my Look Keo cleats. There is a wrench that comes with the bolts as they are a "star" style. If you loose the wrench, a "T25" star bit will fit it. They would work just as well with Shimano SPD-SL pedals or any type like this. They are plastic, just like the cleats and should last longer than the cleat itself, to be reused on the next set of cleats. I am very happy with this product.I have used other plastic cleat adjustment systems before, but this is the first one I've used that allows me to slant the cleat for foot angle. You can put two cleats together, flipped and have a level surface or you can use them slanted to your needs. Product came well packaged and not damaged.

They appear to be pretty basic 3D printed items, but that's absolutely fine. I was looking around for a simple, basic set of wedges and I was really surprised at how expensive such a simple thing could be, so I was pleased to find these which are reasonably priced. It described (2) 2mm wedges, (2) 1mm wedges and a set of screws...and that's exactly what I got. I saw several people complain about the quality of the screws - fortunately for me, I didn't have to bother trying them because the ones that came with my cleats were still able to reach (I'm only using the 2mm wedges - maybe they wouldn't if I included the 1mm as well?). There's plenty of wiggle/adjustment to it was quite easy to get them lined up just right on my shoes.I don't have a set of precision calipers so I can't guarantee these are 'exactly' 2mm and 1mm, but up against a good ol' ruler they sure looked pretty on point to me.If you need a basic set of wedges, these will do the trick.

The wedges themselves do the job and seem fairly sturdy. They are fine, nothing wrong there. However, the included bolts are just wrong in every dimension (and you will not be able to use your old Shimano bolts, they are too short with the wedges installed). The head of the bolt is about half the size of the stock bolt that comes with Shimano cleats and they are nearly too small. I ended up having to buy some washers to put under the bolts. I wouldn't trust using these bolts without washers installed. Also, the bolts are very long. The wedges would only necessitate a bolt that is 2-3 mm longer than the stock bolt, but these are closer to 1 cm longer. They work fine on my shoes, but if your shoe has a thin bottom these may be too long and you may feel them poking up.The wedge is just a cheap piece of plastic, you would think at this price they could at least supply the correct bolts.

These I never knew existed and these are what I needed however I think I need a little bit more. It works good enough but my feet are at more of an angle then what these are able to add so my feet still start to hurt over a little time

These give a better angle of foot to pedal. I was fresher after my 85 mile ride. Was able to have a faster cadence, and more power without discomfort. I used all four of the adapters.
