Wow! What a difference these made. I got a new gravel bike and was having knee issues on my left knee. I played with insoles that made it better, but they were not comfortable. I put a single 1 degree cleat wedge under my cleat and the issue has disappeared!!!! I am not saying this is the solution for all knee problems, but for me, this one little wedge made a HUGE difference.

Ordered the SPD shims.The screws and wrench key are a low quality, soft material causing both the screw head and key to strip when tightening. The screws are now very loose and the cleat shifts around. Mostly unusable after 2 days.Also, the product listing clearly states a total of 6 screws:(2) - 12mm Torx (torque) screws, Use T25 bit(4) - 14mm Torx (torque) screws, Use T25 bitHowever, I only received 4 total (2x12mm and 2x14mm)
