Using for preliminary drawings before I turn my plans over to an architect. I can put my thoughts onto this paper and work out the details. I can overlay the drawings so I can look at design of second floor compared to first and also overlay it to the site plan.Good smooth see-thru vellum with 8x8 squares to each inch. This works great with the quarter scale templates and architect's scale which I also ordered from Amazon. All quickly delivered. Impossible to find this locally.I should have ordered the roll with greater length than 20 yards though because I kept thinking of additional designs to draw. I like rolls better than sheets so I can do partial drawings of certain areas and not waste a whole sheet.

the paper is as stated it does ok. It does not have the same quality that it use to have. the lines aren't cut exactly straight and it is more expensive that other paper from different suppliers.

I always got 20 pound weight, and this showed up at 16 pound.. I just didn't notice in ordering.. it's ok, but not the heavy paper.. the Heavy paper you have to ask for before you buy it, wherever you buy it!

I am a furniture designer/maker and have been at this for 35 years so I am very much old school by today's standards! I actually do all my own drawing, drafting and sketching by hand. Yes, I can do it on my handy computer but I like doing the drawing with a real live pencil! ClearPrint Vellum has been an important tool of mine for many many years and the quality of their product is every bit as solid today as it was back in 1970 when I started this career!Dig out you compass architectural scale and some .5mm pencils and get to it on Clearprint's great paper products!
