The mat is fine it is just that it is hard to get it to unroll from the packing and then to lay flat. I still have wrinkles in it even after a couple of weeks on my desk. The quality of the mat is fine, but it may need to be packaged differently.

I was fairly unhappy when I received this rolled up. It was very flexible and quite difficult to keep flat. I tried heat and weights off and on but this thing was stubborn. However I can say several months in now that i'm VERY satisfied with this item.

I have lovely wood surface that I use for telework daily. I was worried about the computer, pens, cups etc. damaging the surface with repeated use. These frosted mats did the trick. They are matte on the one side with the frost, so they don't detract from the look of the wood any more than necessary. They came rolled, so it took a few days to flatten out. I rolled them in the opposite direction upon arrival, then laid them on the surface with a few light weight books on the corners.

Received my desk Matt was very excited to put it on my desk it arrived rolled up would not stay on the desk flat will be returning this is very disappointing

The only thing in a huge box.Rolled tight, no mention of the fact that you need weights to flatten it (not obvious enough for me to find anyway).Thick (good desk protection) and smooth, feels nice and cool to the touch. Good quality plastic. Color is perfectly clear and the size is perfect for my desk!My only problem is the way it was shipped: wrapped as tightly as possible and took untold hours to flatten under the weights, left them on a whole weekend and it still was wrinkly (without the weights it just wanted to curl up like it was in the package - see pics)Edit: 1 week later still curving at the corners and wrinkled in the middle. Does not stay in place as expected.
