Terrible! This was a gift for my daughter’s friend and the tote came without product packaging and without tag. I would’ve overlooked it and still give it as a gift but it also had a black stain on the top left corner so now I’m not comfortable giving it as a gift. It’s also too late to order a replacement since it’s a made to order item.

I bought this bag for my gf for Christmas and when the item arrived at my house, the bag package had holes in it. I didn’t think about it too much. But when I took the whole bag out, it had these black dirt-ish stains on it.
