This tandem (2 on one feed) was a room maker in my distribution panel to add a generator lockout breaker, and located and fit perfectly.

Breakers were Perfectly Protected and shipped with care. Just be sure you read the description. I needed 15 amp breakers and ordered these from this seller because that is what is pictured. PURELY my fault for not reading the description that they were 20 amp and NOT the sellers fault. Thankfully I can use them.

These double breakers have been around a long time, but not many people, other than electricians even know they exist. If your electrical panel is already full with single breakers, you can replace them with these double breakers, giving you extra, separate breakers inside the box. Keep in mind all breakers are manufacturer specific. Be sure you purchase the correct brand to fit your panel. IMPORTANT: Be sure by adding another breaker you don't increase the electrical load to the panel. On my install, I know only three breakers are running at one time and the total load is within code specs. You don't have to be an electrician to change these out, but make sure to turn power off to the panel before even attempting to remove the panel cover. Do it if you are familiar with working around electricity.

Installed it last week and it works great. Saving space in my panel. Just need to know how many you can use in your panel by code.

This twin breaker is for the newer panels. The other kind, CHNT (the "N" in the name), is for the older panels. This breaker is longer than the single type to ensure that it is installed in a compatible slot. To make it fit snug, bend the auxiliary metal tab toward you, which is on the edge of the panel mounting slot, and this will extend the length of the slot. If you don't notice this metal tab you will be puzzled why this breaker is completely loose in the slot.

Exactly what we needed and matches our old circuits perfectly. Easy to remove and install only took about 2 mins per wire including striping, cutting and tightening back down. Have had no issues and they have been in for 3 months.
