The manifolds fit perfectly for a 1991 k1500 ls swap. Just order the crossover pipe for easy installation

Clean up casting quality could be better. But for the price who could go wrong if u have the tools to fix it.

Had to use the die grinder and do a lot of clean up on the casting, couldn’t even get spark plugs on

Yes great price . Yes a little grinding on the cast flashing & cut driver side flange to add & angle inward ( runs outward & hit frame) 2.5" V band.

For the price you can't beat it for a cast manifold set. The casting isn't amazing, needed about 20 minutes with the carbide bit to fit good. Driver side went right on, passenger side I had to carve out some material for the spark plug wires. Clears the frame rails pretty good, this is an 87 GMC k2500, with an LQ4 6.0. I had to trim about 1/4" off the pass side rail to clear the manifold as seen, it touched off on it before. All in all definitely worth the money though. Only downside is it doesn't look like the crossover pipe they sell will fit and I'll be stuck building my own but I saw that coming anyway
