This looks like a standard pipe end cap in the picture, but it's not. Its a flimsy little cover that is not useful for anything but maybe keeping the end of a pipe covered so that dust or other foreign matter is prevented from getting in the pipe. It's too thin to hold any pressure or force. Don't buy it if you are planning on using it for anything else than that. The listing needs a better picture to show what it is.
