About Us
Founded by Wilson F. Hunt in 1986, CHAMPRO began with a goal of producing high quality gear at an affordable cost. We quickly grew from a small line of baseball equipment to an offering that is now the most comprehensive line in the sporting goods industry.
CHAMPRO equipment and uniforms are used by millions, from youth programs to professional athletes. Because we do not pay for advertising or endorsements, our products offer more performance per dollar than any other brand.

My son is a catcher on his team and he was catching boys throwing in the mid to high 70mph to low 80’s. And occasionally he caught some college pitchers throwing in 90’s. These helped so his hand didn’t end up sore if he caught it off center pocket. He did go through about two pairs a year though as he practiced/played year round. Eventually it was the stitching in the fingers that would give way on each pair. I didn’t mind buying him two pair a year though because it helped protect his hands well.

My daughter is a catcher and this glove is perfect for her. She is still learning and loves to use her regular fielding glove to catch with so using it with this glove gives her the protection that she needs for her hand. Padding is great and it is a great price! Definitely recommend.

Bought these for my son as extra padding for an older catchers glove. Worked well and gives that little extra padding to help with the faster pitchers.
